South-East facade with 4 balconies at each
level forms a symmetry from the central
axis. Balconies at the centre of the facade
are framed within an extruding box whose
corners are decorated with quoins motif.
This box is crowned with segmental arc.
The background walls also have plastered
motif however more close to art deco.
At the stilt level, columns too are
highlighted by visual elements such as
pedestal, line motifs and a capital.
South-West Facade of the building holds
many elements. Apartments balcony with
metal railings leave space for outside view
crossing through a neatly edged door and
window assembly of glass and white UPVC
frame. This provides enough buffer to
interior and a transitory space towards
open air environment.
In the same facade,
openings at stairway landings, have a
segmental arch with spring course and
keystone motif. It is also adorned with
renaissance element such as balustrade
and sill. Other landings at upper levels have
metal railing having a floral pattern topped
by a caveat moulding.
At HBA Techzone Residency, corridors are not just transitional spaces, they are extensions of the design philosophy. Arched openings supported by decorative brackets introduce classical elegance, allowing natural light and air to flow freely.

The staircases at HBA Techzone Residency are designed not just for movement, but for experience. Each flight is framed by clean lines and detailed with classical touches; from ornamental brackets beneath arched openings to the use of patterned flooring that enhances both safety and style. Ample natural light filters through strategically placed windows, ensuring a well-lit and airy environment.
Metal railings with floral patterns and moulded handrails add an artisanal finish, making every ascent or descent feel like a graceful transition rather than a routine step.

Perhaps the most interesting part of the housing, terrace looks like the private retreat with patios,
planters, pavilions and plenty of space to play with, which is not private but to share with fellow
residents.
It is indeed a good move to make terrace useful for those public engagement which is generally
missing in multi-storey apartment such as in summer, a discussion under patio surrounded by
planters and views of surrounding seems like the justification of patio as a useful space and not just
an element of symmetry.
Similarly in winter a hang-out under the sun on the their own roof which is
neatly floored and detailed with stone border and skirting and lined by carefully chosen planters
gives a sense of luxury within the area they have on roof. A small foot reflexology path is also made so that the mornings can be made to order.
Architectural details has done much of
the work for the terrace which makes it rich and lively and in
absence of it, it would have been a dull place.
